IS VIRTUAL GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS FOR YOU?

• If you are prepared to make a commitment of time, effort and money to bring about a permanent change in the way you think about food, without “if’s”, “maybe’s” or “but’s”,  understanding that the only guarantee is my very best effort to provide you with this state-of-the art procedure. This is not a short-term fix.  Creating new habits and getting you where you want to be and enabling you to remain there generally takes about 28 days.
  
  
• If you will agree to forget about anything you have ever been told about diets and agree to follow some simple rules and focus on the person you want to be.
  
  
• Then this program may be just what you need. 

You will commit to, and make appointments for, four consecutive sessions, personalized for you, one per week.  And there will be three follow-up sessions.  The first, two weeks after your fourth session.  The next, one month after that, and the last, two months later. These are designed as reinforcing sessions to make sure you are on track and to address any issues that may arise.

The first session will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours; the second session about 1.5 hours and the other five, approximately one hour each. My sessions go from beginning to end, not by clock hour.

You will receive a support CD at the first session that you will listen to it at least once per day. You will receive another CD after the third session specifically to reinforce the VGB.
